Both lovable and frustrating
The staff was friendly, and the beautiful view from our suite made for a lovely atmosphere. The hotel’s location is convenient, with quick access to restaurants and the beach.
Rooms need updates. towels were thin and amenities like WiFi were hit and miss. The decor feels outdated, contrasting with the hotel’s otherwise charming aspects.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the water park, and the musical dinner theater was a highlight. Don't miss out on the amazing drinks served by the friendly staff by the pool. There's plenty to do, like visiting El Cid Country Club Golf Course for a round of golf or chilling at the beach. Definitely a fun place to unwind with good vibes!
The only downside was that our room seemed a bit outdated, as it could’ve used some renovations, especially with the inconsistencies in room service. A small hiccup, but not enough to ruin our trip.

Family with children vacationers will love it
The pool area was lively, and the staff made a point to keep our drinks filled every time. There's this one drink they make called Monkey Brown, totally refreshing after hours in the sun.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable for what we got.

We loved the activities for kids, especially the piñata making! The beach had gentle waves, perfect for our little ones to play safely. The staff truly made us feel at home, even remembering our favorite snacks. Plus, the view from our room was stunning!
In my kids' opinion, the pool could be cooler. Also, it would be great if there were more shaded areas around the pool for families to enjoy together.

Nice stay with some quirks!
We had a chill time here. The location is super convenient, close to stores and fast food. The breakfast buffet was awesome! A little hiccup tho with our pizza order – took forever and came Hawaiian instead of Italian, but we were too hungry to care. The pool closes a bit early too.
